My History of Smoking

Back in 1992 I was a 60-80 a day smoker - I smoked for about 10 years. I was hypnotised to stop and I did - it was easy, simple and I was gobsmacked - it was so simple. I did not 'feel' hypnotised and it worked - 30 plus years later I am still smoke free and do not ever think about having one - not once.

The Positives of becoming a Non-Smoker

Think of the positive things about becoming a non-smoker.

  • You will save time - an average cigarette takes 3 minutes to smoke. Therefore 20 a day wastes one hour. If you leave your desk at work to smoke outside you are wasting 21½ hours per month assuming you work a 5-day week.
  • Save money - an obvious saving - however if you smoke just 15 cigarettes a day at £15 a packet you are currently spending £12 each day. This equates to £84 per week or £364 per month or £4,368 per year out of taxed income. £364 per month will go a long way towards upgrading your car or wardrobe or extra holiday!
  • Save your health - Smoking slows the passage of air around your lungs therefore you are slower at most sports, slower in your everyday walking, stair-climbing, and general fitness. Not forgetting cancer or another smoking-related illness.

Vaping

The modern way to smoke - where breath in a watery steam full of flavours which mimic cigarettes. 

The longterm effects of vapes are being discovered. Lets go back to the late 1950's to about 1973 - Doctors recommended people to smoke if they had a nervous disposition and even promoted it to pregnant women to help with morning sickness and childbirth. Since aboujt 1973 it has been learned that cigarettes can be dangerous to unborn babies and adults alike - science is finding that Vapes are not a healthier option and lung damage is common in your people who vape.

 I am often horrified to see kids Vaping and seeing their intake. A recent 16 year old client was on 2 vapes a day - we looked up the strength compared to cigarettes - he was taking in 50 cigarettes worth a day - just google it - it might shock you.
